It's easy to get overwhelmed.

There are no set metrics or KPIs for getting it right.

Start small and grow is my advice.

Think about what you'd like to see at the end.

What you want to achieve and what decisions you need to make.

Then consider what your initial steps will be.

❓Do you have the information you need?

❓What data is missing?

❓How are you going to use your data?

❓What decisions will it allow you to make?

❓Do you have the expertise to collect and analyse the data you want?
