Your net promoter score (NPS) is one of the most relevant KPIs for startups. It shows how likely your customers are to promote your business to others.
A good NPS allows you to forecast business growth, change your strategy, allocate budgets etc. If the number is low, however, then it could be a sign that your service or product is not solving a market issue or is not valuable enough.
Monitor NPS to measure customer satisfaction, add it to your dashboard and understand how your product or service is being received in your chosen market.
